Dr. Reuter received his college and medical degrees with highest distinction from Pavia University. He then completed his surgical training in Bavaria, Germany. He further trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Salzburg, Austria. He is board certified by both the German Board of Plastic Surgery and the German Board of Surgery.

In his 20 years of Surgical experience he was also Head of the biggest Plastic Surgery Department in the UAE and introduced many new procedures such as Waterjet Liposuction and Liposculture, complex Microsurgical Free Flaps as well as Short Scar Breast Lift.
