Dr. David Hardiman

Dr David Hardiman qualified as a dentist from Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’ University Hospital London.

After doing his vocational training in Liverpool he then spent some time working in an Aborigine clinic in Australia. After that he returned to England where he worked for a number of years as a general dentist in a practice in Liverpool. He has been working here in Abu Dhabi for the past 4 years.

David has continued to develop as a dentist by undertaking numerous postgraduate courses covering many aspects of dentistry and is currently at Diploma level in a Masters Degree in Advanced Restorative and Cosmetic dentistry from the University of Warwick, UK.

One of his biggest interests is smile makeovers and transforming both patients smiles and confidence and is a certified Digital Smile Design provider. David is a certified Lumineers provider and also offers treatment with other types of veneers.

He is also a specialist in treating adults with fast cosmetic braces that aim to straighten crooked teeth in the shortest amount of time but also in the least noticeable way. David was the first dentist in the UAE to offer the Six-month Smiles system and also is the only dentist in the UAE that offers K Line braces and has treated over 100 patients using these clear aligners. He also offers treatment with both Invisalign and Inman Aligner systems.

David is the only dentist in Abu Dhabi who is certified in the Chao Pinhole Gum Rejuvenation procedure where receding gums can be corrected without the need for any incisions or stitches. This treatment is aimed at preventing further recession which may in cases lead to eventual tooth loss and also to correct long unsightly teeth and cases of root sensitivity.
