Dr. Elie B. Choufani

Dr. Elie B. Choufani, MD, is a Staff Physician in the Medical Subspecialties Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Choufani practiced in several US-based hospitals as a Hematology and Oncology consultant physician. Dr. Choufani has fifteen years' experience treating patients with cancer and blood disorders. He also has experience in autologous bone marrow transplantation for blood cancers.

Dr. Choufani graduated from Saint Joseph University, Faculty of Medicine in Beirut, Lebanon and went on to complete his residency training in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Boston University Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, US.

Dr. Choufani currently resides in Abu Dhabi with his wife and three children.​​​
