Dr. Al Khatib graduated from Ain Shams University, Cairo Egypt in 1969. He completed his training in the UK and obtained DMRT from the University of London in 1980, and the Fellowship of Faculty of Radiologist Royal College of Surgeon, Ireland (FFRRCSI) in 1984. He worked as Consultant Clinical Oncologist and Chief of Radiotherapy Department at Tawam Hospital, Al Ain, UAE from 1986 until he joined the Gulf International Cancer Center.
