Dr. Fatma Touti completed her MD at the Faculty of Medicine, Al Hadj Lakhdar University, Algeria in 2009. Right after graduation, she worked in a university hospital then in a public multispecialty clinic in her home country for 4 years. In 2013, she moved to UAE and continued her practice. She is medically licensed to practice by the Health Authority - Abu Dhabi and the Dubai Health Authority.
