Dr. Fazil Mohamed Ashiq

Dr. Fazil Mohamed Ashiq, MBBS, is a Staff Physician in the Anesthesiology Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Ashiq was a Consultant Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist at Essex Cardiothoracic Centre in Basildon and University Hospitals in Coventry, UK.

Dr. Ashiq received his medical degree from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India. He then completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the Warwickshire School of Anesthesiology, Birmingham, UK. He became a fellow at the College of Anesthesia of The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2004 and completed his fellowship in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at the Papworth Hospital, Cambridge, UK.
