Dr. Feras Jaalouk

Dr. Jaalouk moved to the UAE in 2018 from the UK where he was working as a locum consultant retina surgeon at Imperial College, London. He started training in the UK in 2002 and undertook a cataract surgery fellowship at The Royal Bournemouth Hospital. He also undertook two retina surgery fellowships on at Imperial College London Trust and The Royal Bournemouth Hospital.

He is experienced in operating complex vitreoretina cases including trauma, IOFB, delamination for diabetic TRDs, recurrent RDs or RDs with PVR. He also has very good experience in complex cataract cases, including Marfan’s and traumatic cataracts. He is skilled in diabetic screening and treating diabetic retinopathies with either surgically or by laser, or IV injections.
