Dr. Gabriel Diaz Del Gobbo

Dr. Gabriel Diaz Del Gobbo, MD, is an Associate Staff Physician in the Digestive Disease Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Diaz Del Gobbo spent four years as a General Surgeon in hospitals in Catalonia, Spain. Three of those years were spent training in minimally invasive approaches for bariatric, metabolic and colorectal diseases.

Dr. Diaz Del Gobbo received his medical degree from the Universidad de Carabobo, Maracay, Venezuela. He completed his surgical residency at the Hospital Clinic in the University of Barcelona, Spain.​

Over the years, he has also been involved in several educational activities, such as broadcasting live surgeries and participating in congresses and videos through AIS Channel.

Dr. Diaz Del Gobbo currently resides in Abu Dhabi. He loves to travel and enjoys photography​​.​​​​​​​
