Dr. Gabriel Fernando Bonesana

Dr. Gabriel Fernando Bonesana is a board-certified Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He has more than 30 years of experience in Plastic Surgery, and has held several international positions in his capacity as a plastic surgeon. Dr. Bonesana completed his medical degree in 1986 at the Buenos Aires University (UBA) in Argentina, and received his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in Madrid, Spain in 1990. In 1993 and 1997 respectively, he obtained his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Medical Examiner certifications from the Health Ministry of Argentina. He obtained his Masters in Aesthetic Medicine from the Argentine Medical Association in 1998; and in 2010, he was certified as a Specialist in Plastic Surgery by the Northeast National University School of Medicine.

Dr. Bonesana has trained in numerous medical fields including Clinical and Surgical Observership in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery from Boston University School of Medicine, Body Shaping, Breast Surgery, Liposuction Surgery, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Laser Lipolysis. During his 30 years’ experience, Dr. Bonesana has held several medical positions internationally including Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency, Residency in General Surgery, Plastic Surgeon in a Rehabilitation Hospital, Plastic Surgeon for Medicus S.A and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at the Foundation Against Childhood Neurological Diseases (FLENI). Before relocating to the United Arab Emirates in 2016 where he got associated with reputable healthcare institutions, he was and still is the Medical Director of his private practice – Bonesana Plastic Surgery – in Argentina.

Dr. Bonesana’s areas of expertise include Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Breast Surgery, Liposuction, Breast Augmentation, Laser Lipolysis, Facial and eyelids rejuvenation, Plasma Rich platelet, Autologous fat grafting, Gynecomastia, Botox and Fillers, Body Contouring, Facial Reconstruction, Facial Volume Restoration & Hair Transplant (FUE-FUT).

Dr. Bonesana is a member of several prestigious medical societies including the Buenos Aires Plastic Surgery Society (SCPBA), the Argentine Society of Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery (SACPER), and the Argentine Medical Association (A.M.A). He has authored a number of scientific papers and books with special interest and focus on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
