From planning hospitals in Saudi Arabia to training young doctors here in the UAE, Dr George Zajac has enjoyed an immensely varied and rich medical career. After a decade in private practice in Canada, exciting opportunities in Saudi Arabia proved irresistible. One of those saw Dr Zajac help in the launch of a new facility in the Kingdom. Switching to the Zayed Military Hospital in Abu Dhabi, he developed experience in managing diabetes which would lead to him joining ICLDC in 2012.
