Dr. Ghaidaa Yosef Farsi

Ms. Ghaidaa Farsi joined Abdul Latif Jameel Hospital in 2016 as a psychologist in Wing 7. Since then, she has helped children and parents strive towards independence, while centering their comfort and individualizing their care. Whether you or your child are suffering from attention or behavioural issues, or dealing with a life-long condition such as autism, Ms. Ghaidaa will hold your hand towards a fulfilling and happy life.

"Don't delay! Rid yourself of worry, if you don't rain, your world won't blossom." Ms Ghaidaa would like to remind you of the importance of mental health; we can't help anyone before we start helping ourselves.

Ms Ghaidaa spent much of her time volunteering and advocating to raise awareness among children and parents on the best coping mechanisms and strategies at a variety of institutions in Jeddah. After graduating from King Abdulaziz University, Ms. Ghaidaa dedicated her time fine-tuning her expertise at a variety of charity organizations and medical institutions like Saudi Autism Society and Nafa Organization, as well as Mental Health Hospital in Saudi Arabia.

When she is not in the hospital, Ms. Ghaidaa spends her time reading and volunteering. She is also a lover of music- so feel free to ask her on ways to use music to connect and communicate with your children!
