Dr. Hidayath Ali Ansari

Dr. Hidayath Ali Ansari, MD, is a Staff Physician in the Imaging Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. He specializes in cross-sectional nuclear medicine and body imaging, radioactive isotope administration, Octreotide scanning, Parathyoid SPECT imaging and brain SPECT perfusion imaging for dementia.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Ansari worked as a Consultant Radiologist and Clinical Lead for the Department of Radiology at the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay National Health Service Foundation (NHS) Trust in Lancaster, UK. He also worked as Clinical Lead for the Department of Radiology and Chair of the Radiology National Cancer Intelligence Network, Lancashire and South Cumbria Cancer Network, UK.

Dr. Ansari received his medical degree from the Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences in Bangalore, India. He completed his residency in Radiology at the Manchester Radiology Training Scheme in Manchester, UK, where he also completed his fellowship in Radiology. He completed his fellowship in Positron Emission Tomography-Computed Tomography (PET-CT) at the University Hospital Zurich in Switzerland.

Dr. Ansari lives in Abu Dhabi with his wife and two sons.​
