Dr. Huda Alashqar

Ms. Huda has more than 10 years of experience in dietetics. Prior to joining Danat Al Emarat, she worked in one of the leading clinics in UAE. Her scope of services includes encouraging clients and caregivers to follow recommended food guidelines for well-balanced diets, assess nutritional adequacy of diets and promote positive eating behaviors through counselling for patients pre and post-surgery, educate and advise bariatric patients in individual and group settings and educate patients throughout their weight loss journey and teaching healthy eating habits.

EDUCATION

Ms. Huda Alashqar earned her Bachelor in Dietetics from United Arab Emirates University – Department of Nutrition & Health, 2008. She’s also a member in Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics since June 2015.
