Dr. Hudhaifa Almukhtar

Dr. Hudhaifa Almukhtar is a specialist bariatric and general surgeon at Healthpoint he is based in the hospital’s Center of Excellence for Bariatric & Metabolic Surgery. Dr. Almukhtar’s most recent role was at Burjeel Hospital, Abu Dhabi and previously Mediclinic Airport Road, also in the UAE capital. Dr Almukhtar is fluent in both English and Arabic. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and of the Royal College of Surgeons, Glasgow (FRCS), and has been a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Ireland since 2016 and 2011 respectively. He is Arab Board-accredited.
