Dr. Hussein Haidar

Dr. Haidar has worked as a consultant interventional cardiologist for over 25 years. He trained in AUH from 1987 to 1991, started as an interventional cardiologist at Middle East Hospital and Rizk Hospital in Beirut and progressed to be the Catheterisation Laboratory Director and Medical Director at Middle East Hospital.

He worked as an associate interventional cardiologist in several hospitals in Lebanon and is a member of the Lebanese Syndicate and Lebanese Society of Cardiology and has been a member of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) since 1995. He is now considered as a professional member of the ESC and the Percutaneous Interventional Group of the European Society of Cardiology.

He is experienced in all areas of interventional cardiology including interventions, CTO, multi vessel disease and regular non-invasive cardiology procedures.
