Dr. Jhuma Lodha

Dr. Jhuma has obtained her MBBS from the University of Calcutta, India and MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in year 1994. She also obtained her Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the National Board of Examination, New Delhi, India. She became a member of prestigious Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, UK in 1996 and Fellow of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, UK in 2017. She also obtained a fellowship and Diploma in Laparoscopic Surgery (WALS).

Dr Jhuma has had an extensive career which spans over 22 years as a Consultant Obstetrics and Gynaecology in UK and India before joining Brightpoint Royal Women’s Hospital. She has attended many international courses including advanced life support course, basic colposcopy course, advanced hysteroscopy course and many others additionally she has also attended several conferences and workshops.

Dr Jhuma’s special areas of expertise are high risk pregnancy, diagnostic and operative laparoscopic, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, vaginal surgery and management of urinary incontinence in women.
