The first at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina and the second at La Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital (Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Sorbonne Universités) in Paris, France. Her experience in various clinical settings in South America and Europe has contributed to her deep understanding in the relation between genetics and environment in the clinical course of uveitis.

Dr. Julian is also a Professor of Ophthalmology at Austral University School of Medicine in Buenos Aires, Argentina and works as a reviewer and associate editor for several scientific journals in the field of ophthalmology. Her present research project is focused on the influence of ancestry in the severity of the course of uveitis.
