Dr. Lina Yassine

With a busy patient portfolio at ICLDC, Dr Lina Yassine’s career sees her regularly recognised for specialist research and practice in all areas of diabetes and its related complications, as well as endocrinology. Indeed, during more than a decade in the United States, her work on oral diagnosis, treatment and management saw her walk away with the first prize in a Resident and Fellow Research Forum from the Henry Ford Health Sciences Center.

Dr Lina’s specialist practise focuses, thyroid, bone and mineral disorders. Also, she enjoys wearing the hat of ‘medical educator’, and loves passing on her knowledge, especially when working with general practitioners on the treatment of Type 2 diabetes. Dr Lina joined ICLDC in 2017.
