Dr. Lubna Noor, MBBS, FCPS, is an Associate Staff Physician in the Heart and Vascular Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Noor was an Assistant Professor of Cardiology at Medical Teaching Institute, Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar, one of the largest hospitals in Pakistan. During her time serving at Lady Reading Hospital, she treated a spectrum of cardiac and peripheral vascular diseases and performed a high volume of interventional cardiology procedures. She was also involved in training and teaching Cardiology fellows. She takes keen interest in medical education and research.

She received her medical degree from Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad, Pakistan. She then completed her residency and fellowship in Cardiology at Post Graduate Medical Institute, Peshawar, Pakistan.

Dr. Noor resides in Abu Dhabi with her husband, who is also a cardiologist and her two children. She enjoys watching movies and traveling.
