Ms. Lysnara completed her undergraduate and master’s degree studies in 2016 at the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI), Brazil. Her skills include strong knowledge of techniques to improve body movements, restore mobility and strengthen muscles. She is considered by former teachers and supervisors as a very sensitive, confident, tolerant and patient person, and with a strong capacity to build good relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds. She is also passionate about fitness and pre/post natal exercises program so she became a Clinical Pilates instructor and Women’s health Certified in order to help my patients to reach their maximum functional level. Lysnara has several articles published in international journals thats the reason why she is constantly studying and working in order to learn new techniques and improve her knowledge.
