Dr. Mahmoud Kamel Farrag

Dr. Mahmoud Kamel Farrag has over 30 years of extensive experience in internal medicine in Egypt and the UAE. He completed his MBBCh in 1984 from Assiut (Asyut) Medical School of, and then received his Masters Degree in 1990 and Doctorate Degree in 1997 from Assuit University, Egypt.

Dr. Mahmoud Kamel Farrag has served as a Professor & Consultant of Internal Medicine in Egypt for several years. After moving to the UAE in 2004, he was the Head of Internal Medicine & Cardiology Department at Dar Al Shifa hospital in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Mahmoud joined Al Hendawy Medical Center in 2010. He is an outgoing Medical professional, who can converse with his patients in Arabic and English. In the light of his experience and expertise, he has published many papers in reputed national & international journals and conferences.

He is a certified member of many Associations including the European Society of Cardiology, European Association of Preventive Cardiovascular & Rehabilitation, Egyptian Society of Cardiology, Egyptian Society of Hypertension and the Emirates Medical Association.

He manages a variety of acute and chronic internal medical cases with special interest and experience in the areas of hypertension & Cardiology, Diabetes mellitus, Thyroid disorders, Bronchial asthma and respiratory diseases, and Gastrointestinal diseases.
