Mr Bassuni is competent, honest and dedicated surgeon towards his patients in addition to his profession. My comment is a professional view as am an obstetrician and gynecologist who been a patient who received professional management by Mr Majid so as a colleague who knows about his views towards providing medical service in high moral and dignity, high caliber skills in an organized matter by medical personnels both on individual and institutional levels, Which can be achieved by more understanding and development of teaching, training, retraining, license renewal, appraisal and progress in hospital administration system. This appeared in his honest will and hard effort to Pass his knowledge and experience he gained during his training and working as consultant colorectal surgeon in UK to Egypt and Middle East hospitals.

After discovering a lump on my neck and going through various tests with another Doctor in another Hospital over 2.5weeks I was very lucky to meet Dr Bassuni. Dr Bassuni reviewed all of my medical reports, test results and scans and very quickly was able to give his honest opinion on the most likely clinical diagnosis. He explained to me very carefully every detail and the next steps in obtaining my full diagnosis, he answered all of my questions and more every step of the way. Dr Bassuni took second and third opinions with Dr's in his very extensive network and made me very confident that he had covered every eventuality and possible outcome which was extremely comforting. His experience in sharing 'bad news' shines through and gave me information related to my condition and treatment that I hadn't yet considered, this is invaluable at a time when your mind isn't necessarily focusing clearly. It can be challenging to navigate the Health system here and know where to go for what and he has made it so much easier. I highly recommend Dr Bassuni to anyone facing a possible Cancer diagnosis as the professionalism, care and compassion that I have experienced from him has made this whole journey to date so manageable. I couldn't have asked for a better advocate at this difficult time.
