Dr. Manal Adi is an Arab-board certified pediatrician and a member of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health, UK. She has 8 years of experience in pediatrics and neonatology in Dubai.
Dr. Adi graduated from the University of Jordan, School of Medicine in 2008. With a passion for children, she completed pediatric residency training in Dubai Health Authority, where she was a chief resident in Latifa Hospital, one of the largest women and children hospitals in the UAE, serving Dubai and northern emirates. She also had subspecialty training in Dubai Hospital, where she had rich exposure to pediatric nephrology, hematology, oncology, gastroenterology, neonatology, as well as emergency.
Soon after, she joined Al Jalila Children’s Specialty Hospital in Dubai, as a specialist pediatrician covering pediatric emergency, inpatient ward, as well as the ICU. She has a special interest in pediatric nephrology, pulmonology, genetics, child development, and psychiatry.
Dr. Adi is fluent in both English and Arabic and is certain that effective communication with families is key to a child’s wellbeing and health.
With over 8 years of experience in pediatrics, Dr. Adi is keen to provide the point of care management to children through her work in Medicentres because she believes a healthy neighborhood is a happy one.
