Dr. Mariam Khalfan Al Suwaidi is a Consultant Dermatologist and the Head of Healthpoint’s Department of Dermatology.

Dr. Al Suwaidi joined Healthpoint in April 2019. Previously, she worked as a consultant dermatologist at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City from 2005-2011.

Between 2011 and 2017, Dr. Al Suwaidi worked at the renowned Charité University Hospital in Berlin Germany, to get her German Board certification in Dermatology and Venerology.

Dr. Al Suwaidi has many publications in the medical field and she has been actively teaching the undergraduate medical students as well as residents in the Charité university hospital and in many other residency programs in the UAE.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, she holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, in addition to her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from United Arab Emirates University.

Dr. Al Suwaidi is an Emirati national and speaks Arabic, English and German.
