Dr. Miriam Michalickova

Dr. Miriam Michalickova, MD, is an Associate Staff Physician in the Respiratory Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. She specializes in the management of airway disorders (mainly Bronchial Asthma and COPD). Prior to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, she was working in a private Pulmonary Clinic in Vrable, Slovakia as a Pulmonary specialist in the Specialized Hospital of Saint Zoerardus in Nitra, Slovakia.

She graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Commenius Bratislava in 2010.

Dr. Michalickova has many years of experience in the field of Pulmonary Medicine, with a special interest in management of airway disorders (mainly Bronchial Asthma and COPD), managing patients with acute and chronic respiratory failure, as well as patients with airways infections, pneumonia. She is involved also in pulmonary function diagnostic and sleeping disorders management.
