Scope of Service

Obstetric services:

• Antenatal care and management of early pregnancy problems including abortions, ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy and recurrent pregnancy loss.
• Management of of high risk pregnancy and medical disorders of pregnancy.
• Assessment of fetal wellbeing.
• Management of delivery: normal delivery, instrumental and cesarean sections, painless vaginal delivery
• Expectant, medical and surgical management of miscarriage
• Medical and surgical management of ectopic pregnancy
• Cervical cercilage

Gynecology

• Management of abnormal uterine bleeding, vaginal discharge, and pelvic pain
• Management of endometriosis and andnomyosis
• Management of endocrinological problems including pol cystic ovary syndrome, amenorrhea, galactorrhea, hirsuitism,
• Gynecological problems like urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and defecatory dysfunction
• Management of infertility and assisted reproductive techniques
• Gynecological oncology including colposcopy and management of benign and premalignant and malignant gynecological conditions
• Laparoscopic adhysolysis, ovarian cystectomy, ovarian drilling, removal of intrapertoneal IUCD, salpincetomy and salpinostomy, oophrectomy, endometriosis and ectopic pregnancy, chronic pelvic pain, ovarian torsion and tubal ligation
• Diagnostic hysteroscopy, adhysolysis, removal of IUCD, resection of sub mucous fibroid and endometrial polyps
• Cervical precancerous screening and follow up
