Dr. Mohammed Behery

Dr Mohammed Behery is a Specialist General Surgeon with over 12 years extensive experience. He has gained excellent clinical exposure in different subspecialties of general surgery in countries including Egypt and Saudi Arabia. His medical expertise includes General and Laparoscopic Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Bariatric Surgery and Oncology Surgery.

Dr Mohammed received his medical degree from Ain Shams University; the 2nd largest recognised university in Egypt. He completed his residency in general surgery at Dar Al Shefaa Hospital, Cairo, which is considered one of the best tertiary hospitals in Egypt. He then continued his academic achievement in general surgery by obtaining a master’s degree at the same university.

In addition, Dr Behery has experience in management, previously working as Surgery Director in one the best private hospitals in Cairo. He also has a great passion to research and development and has served as a Clinical Research Associate in one of the most reputable research centres in USA, University of Louisville, KY.
