Dr. Mona Amin Mohamed Elmelege

Dr. Mona Amin Mohamed Elmelege received her M.B.B.CH at the Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University, Egypt in 1999. She then took her Master’s Degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the same University in 2004. She took her Post-Graduate (diploma) in IVF & Reproductive Medicine from Germany-UAE in 2017. She is currently pursuing her MRCOG from the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Dr. Mona started as a House officer in the University Hospital, Alexandria in 2000 and thereafter as Obstetrics and gynecology resident in Alexandria university hospital. In 2004, she became as Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology and worked in various tertiary hospitals in Egypt and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In 2016, she moved to the UAE and continued her practice in large private hospitals in Abu Dhabi.

She has 18 years past experience in management of high risk pregnancies, antenatal and perinatal care, management of preterm deliveries and miscarriages, diagnosis and management of infertility and assisted reproductive techniques, management of all gynecological problems, various obstetric and gynecological surgeries, minimally invasive procedures, contraception and Family Planning.

Dr. Mona has in -depth experience of working with patients from various nationalities and has effective communication skills with her patients as she fluent in Arabic and English.
