Dr. Mubashira Hashmi is a Specialist Neurologist. She completed her MBBS, from Sindh Medical College, Karachi Pakistan in 2001, did her FCPS in Neurology [Fellow of college of physicians and surgeons], Karachi Pakistan in 2009 and later on “International Diplomat American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology, USA in 2013.
Dr. Hashmi has 4 years of experience in field of Neurology and clinical Neurophysiology. She has been working as Consultant Neurologist and Neurophysiologist at National Medical Centre, Karachi Pakistan and South City Hospital Karachi, Pakistan for 4yrs since 2011 onwards, after completing her 2 years fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology from Aga Khan University Hospital.
Her clinical experience includes Stroke, epilepsy, headache, neuromuscular and movement disorders and in diagnostic field of Clinical Neurophysiology including EEG (including long and video EEG monitoring), EMG, EPs, PSG, Botox, and intra-operative monitoring. Her clinical interest includes treating patients with epilepsy, movement disorder, headache, neuromuscular disorders, sleep disorders and performing and interpreting clinical neurophysiology procedures.
