Dr. Ossama has received his medical degree from Zagazig University, Egypt, 1985. Followed by his Master degree in Ophthalmology from Ain Shams University, Egypt, 1993. He obtained his Decorate degree in Ophthalmology, Banha University, Egypt, 2005.

Dr. Ossama has completed is his residency at the Mataryia teaching Hospital, Egypt in 1989.

• Dr. Hakim has long experience in diagnosis and management of patients with strabismus, lid, and lacrimal problems.
• Dr. Hakim has a special interest in diagnosis and management of complicated strabismus, deep amblyopia, congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction, eyelid drooping and buffy eyelid.
• During these years Dr. Hakim specialized in childhood and adult strabismus, pediatric cataract, lid and lacrimal disorders.
• During these years, Dr. Hakim was responsible for diagnosis and management of different forms of adults and children strabismus. Also, he was responsible for treatment of eyelid, lacrimal and orbital problems including entropion, ectropion, and tumor excision, nasolacrimal duct obstruction for both children and adults.
