Dr. Rabih Hijazi

Dr. Rabih Hijazi, MD, FACE, is a Staff Physician in the Medical Subspecialties Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Hijazi ran a large general endocrinology practice in Tennessee, US, focused on the management of adult diabetes using the latest technologies, such as insulin pumps and continuous glucose sensors. He also served as Head of the Section of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, Tennessee, US and was actively involved in teaching medical students.

Dr. Hijazi received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut in Beirut, Lebanon and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Connecticut in Farmington, Connecticut, US. He received his fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism from the Baylor College of Medicine and University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, US.​
