Dr. Ria Jones

Dr. Ria Jones is a British qualified Family Medicine Consultant. A practicing Doctor for over 5 years, Dr. Jones completed her training and was previously based exclusively in the UK. Dr. Jones studied Medicine at Leeds University Medical School achieving her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery Degree (MBChB) with Honours in 2009. Following Medical School, she completed her Family Medicine Specialist training and is a member of the UK’s Royal College of General Practitioners. She is on the General Medical Council register in the UK and is a fully licensed Family Medicine Specialist with the Dubai Health Authority.

Dr. Jones’ extensive experience has encompassed working in several of the UK’s leading hospitals and numerous clinics, providing her with a broad range of experience from a variety of specialties and working environments. Her previous posts have included; Paediatric Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, Acute Medicine, Mental Health, Genito-Urinary Medicine, Oncology/Haematology, General Surgery and Family Medicine.
