Dr. Rumman Abbas Khan Langah, MD, FACP, FHM, is a Staff Physician in the Medical Subspecialty Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Langah served as Associate Site Director for Hospital Medicine Division from 2016 to 2018 and Medical Director for Progressive Care Unit at Emory University Hospital from 2015 to 2018, Atlanta, GA where he was a staff physician (2009-2018).

At Emory, Dr. Langah led many administrative and quality projects not limited to inception of monthly faculty education conference, incorporation of revised scope of practice for progressive care unit, leading COPD power plan initiative which was adopted across Emory healthcare system, innovating a unique interdisciplinary rotation for medical students, chairing divisional CPC committee who conducted several successful case conferences at divisional and departmental level and winning the best internal medicine grand rounds presentation of the year in 2017. In appreciation of his efforts, he was presented the highest divisional award, Mark V. Williams Overall Excellence in Hospital Medicine, for the year 2016.

Dr. Langah received his medical degree from King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his internal medicine residency at East Tennessee State University and nuclear medicine residency at Medical University of South Carolina.

He is board certified in Internal Medicine/Focused Practice in Hospital Medicine, Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology.

Dr. Langah resides in Abu Dhabi with his wife and three kids. He enjoys reading, playing squash & football and working out at the gym.
