Dr. Samar Gul Nawab Khan

Dr. Samar Gul has over 21 years of experience in Pediatrics and Neonatology.

He completed his MBBS in Peshawar University, Pakistan. He obtained his Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from Quaid Azam University Pakistan. He became a Member of the Royal College of Pediatric and Child Health UK (MRCPCH – UK). He received his Post Graduate Certification in Pediatrics (IPPC) from Sydney University, Australia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Diabetes (PGD Diabetes) from Leicester University, UK.

Before joining Bareen, Dr. Samar worked at various government and private hospitals in the UAE and globally.

Dr. Samar is qualified in Basic Life Support, Pediatrics Advanced Life Support, and Neonatal Resuscitation Programme.

His areas of interest include general pediatrics such as infections, respiratory, GIT, CNS disorders, allergies, failure to thrive, vaccination, skin disorders including eczema, ENT and eye diseases; endocrinology such as diabetes, obesity, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, short stature; neonatology such as neonatal sepsis, jaundice, skin infections, care of premature more than 32 weeks gestation.
