Dr. Sami Cherry

Dr. Sami Cherry is a leading invasive cardiologist with over 25 years of experience in Italy, Lebanon and the UAE. He acquired his Degree in Medicine & Surgery from the University of Padova, Italy in 1988 followed by Diploma of Specialist in Cardiology from the same university in 1993.

Dr. Sami had his own private practice in Beirut for almost 17 years; shifted base to Italy and worked as a Consultant Cardiologist at Tappeiner Hospital Merano for 5 years before moving to Dubai. He was the Medical Director and Cardiologist at Italian Medical Center in Dubai.

Dr. Sami has actively participated as a moderator for different publication posters and has also been a speaker at various national and international congresses. He holds memberships to ESC, AHA and ACC. He was also part of the teaching faculty at the Global University, Beirut for three years.
Skills: As a cardiologist, he is treating patients with various forms of Heart include both diagnostic & therapeutic options for cardiac patients, aiming at achieving a rapid, accurate diagnosis, proper and early treatment for better clinical outcomes.

• 24-48 hours ambulatory ECG monitoring
• 24 hours of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
• Trans-thoracic Echocardiography + color Doppler
