Dr. Seby John

Dr. Seby John, MBBS, is a Staff Physician in the Neurological Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi in 2018, Dr. John was a Consultant in Neurology and Neurointerventional Surgery at Manipal Hospital, Bangalore, where he successfully developed the first stroke and neurointerventional program.

Dr. John completed his medical school at the acclaimed St. John’s Medical College. Subsequently, he completed extensive training in Neurology and Vascular Neurology at Cleveland Clinic, Ohio. He then underwent additional training in Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology, also at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. John is board-certified by the American Board of Neuology and the American Board of Psychiarty.

Dr. John has extensive experience in the medical and interventional management of cerebrovascular diseases. He is an active researcher and has been an investigator in numerous international cerebrovascular clinical trials. He has to his credit, more than fifty peer-reviewed publications and book chapters in the field of stroke and neurointerventional surgery. He has also co-edited the third edition of "Ultimate Review for the Neurology Boards".
