Dr.Sekhar holds MBBS & MD Internal Medicine from Gujarat, India and DM Cardiology and Pune University India. His interest is Preventive and Rehabilitative Cardiology. He has actively participated in programs to create awareness about cardiovascular diseases and their prevention in Kerala.

Since his relocation in UAE, he has been faculty in many CMEs (with DHA, MOH and HAAD credit hours) and CNE (with HAAD credit hours). He has been conducting awareness talks in schools, corporate and in various cultural and social forums.
