Dr. Shreya Singh

Ms. Shreya has completed her Bachelor degree in physical therapy from, Delhi University in 2009 and Masters of Physical Therapy (Musculoskeletal condition) from Asia’s largest research institute-NIRTAR India. She has more than 9 years of clinical experience, 1 year of research experience. She has a certification in Dry Needling.

In India she has worked as physiotherapy In charge of one of the renowned hospital in Delhi. Her areas of expertise include orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. Her practice emphasizes manual therapy, correction of muscle imbalance, posture correction, neuro developmental therapy & women’s health (ante natal and post natal). She constantly evolving herself by implementing evidence based practice into her practice.

During her tenure she has handled a variety of cases like Spinal disorders (mechanical back and neck pain, discogenic pathologies, postural syndrome), Myofacial disorders, osteoarthritis of knee & hip and sports injuries. Her neurological experience involves handling patients of cerebral palsy, spine bifida, hydrocephalous, stroke and spinal cord injury.

Her research work has been published in international JOURNAL OF BACK AND MUSCULOSKELETAL REHABILITATION, NETHERLAND- Effectiveness of hip abductor strengthening on health status, strength, endurance and six minute walk test in participants with medial compartment symptomatic knee osteoarthritis.
