Dr. Siarhei Kastsiuchenka

Dr. Siarhei Kastsiuchenka, MD, is an Associate Staff Physician in the Anesthesiology Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, he was Chief of the Anesthesiology and Critical Care Department at Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital, the Republic of Belarus.

Dr. Kastsiuchenka also served as the Anesthesia Residency Program Director at the Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital, a lecturer for the Committee for European Education in Anesthesiology and a lecturer at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Organ and Tissue Transplantation, Minsk, Belarus.

He earned his medical degree from Grodno State Medical University, Grodno, Belarus, which is certified by the Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates, Philadelphia, US. He also completed his residency in Anesthesia at the same university.

Dr. Kastsiuchenka is one of the examiners for the European Diploma in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, as well as holding the diploma himself. He was one of the authors of Belarus' national guidelines for intensive care and has a number of papers published in national and international journals.
