Dr. Sunitha Mathew completed her Bachelors in Dentistry and Masters in Prosthodontics from Bangalore university and an additional specialisation in Dental Implantology from Manipal, Karnataka, India. Prior to joining NMC, she worked in a reputed college in Cochin, Kerala and was also a visiting consultant in many clinics in Cochin.
Dr. Sunitha’s area of expertise includes Implant prostheses for partially and completely edentulous cases, Cosmetic dentistry including Ceramic and Composite veneers, Smile designing, Teeth whitening, Full mouth rehabilitation in worn out dentition cases, replacement of missing teeth with partial and complete dentures, Restoration of Fractured tooth and Maxillofacial prostheses.
She is also practising general dentistry, which includes scaling and polishing for improving oral hygiene, fillings and extractions of decayed teeth.
She has publications in Indexed Journals and presentations in India and UAE to her credit. She is a regular speaker in media for dental awareness programme and conferences.
