Dr. Syed Ateeque Hussain Naqvi is trained General and Laparoscopic Surgeon with extensive experience in emergency, elective and trauma surgery from Great Britain, Ireland, France and Pakistan. His qualifications MBBS are through Peshawar University (Pakistan) and FRCS from The Royal College of Surgeons (Ireland), holding a University Diploma in Laparoscopic Surgery from the University of Strasbourg in France.
Dr. Naqvi is a wonderful amalgamation of executive and clinical skills and has outstanding capacity in managerial sphere.
Prior coming to UAE, Dr. Naqvi was practicing as a consultant general surgeon with a special focus in laparoscopic surgery at Daisy Hill Hospital, Newry (Northern Ireland) and Wishaw General Hospital Scotland. He has an impressive 21 years of international experience in General surgery.
Dr. Naqvi got his advanced surgical training from Ireland and UK and after completing his training and getting his FRCS examinations he returned to Pakistan and worked as classified surgeon with the rank of Major in Pakistan Army. Dr Naqvi is proud to be the first surgeon in Pakistan Army to start and establish a Laparoscopic unit in a tertiary referral hospital of Pakistan Army. He has practiced in Ireland, Scotland, UK, UAE and Pakistan, and is skilled in performing vast variety of General and laparoscopic surgical procedures, Upper and lower GI endoscopies and laser treatment for piles.
