Dr. Venkataramana Vannala

Dr. Venkataramana Vannala has been working as an Orthodontist & Faculty for the past 14 years, in India and the UAE. He is currently working at Gulf Medical University as an Assistant Professor and Specialist in Thumbay Dental Hospital.

He completed his Masters & Ph.D. in Orthodontics from Annamalai University, India and thereafter he was associated with a dental college as a professor and partially as an orthodontic consultant at Apollo health city in Hyderabad, India. He is one of the chief authors among three for “Text Book of Orthodontics “published by Paras Medical Publishers, India one of the largest selling undergraduate textbook all over India. He has ‘30’ publications in national & international journals. He is a renowned orthodontist cum academician.

At Thumbay Dental Hospital, he has taken up the role of a Specialist Orthodontist & Assistant Professor for the Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) programme for the students of Gulf Medical University.
