Dr. Wael Mohamed Abdelaal

Dr. Wael was extensively trained in Paediatrics and has a special interest in paediatric sub specialty of Paediatric pulmonology. He spent major part of his training working in top line hospitals in Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar and Emirates. At Egypt, he was working at university hospital, he was treating children with common and complex paediatric conditions including all paediatric specialties for 10 years. At Kuwait he spent 5 years in the most famous tertiary care hospital which is ALSABAH hospital, it is the referral hospital for all Kuwait and have all paediatric specialty units.

At Qatar he was working also as senior paediatric specialist in Hamad Medical Corporation which is the most famous heath facility at Qatar. Here in Emirates since 2 years back he was working at SEHA (AHS) Mohamed Bin Zayed health center. He sees Paediatric as a very rewarding specialty. He has very effective communication skills and he have also a lot of studies in the field of communications because he got finished 2 diploma in the field of hospital management and health care from American university.

He has published papers in the field of anemia (use of erythropiotin in treatment of anemia) and infection. (Use of alfa1 glycoprotien in diagnosis of sepsis). His professional qualification include MBBS, DCH, MRCPCH (first and second parts) and Ph. D in paediatrics

He is a member of Egyptian paediatrics Society since 2006, a member of Royal collage of paediatrics in England since 2009. His other areas of interest apart from medicine include, traveling, reading, playing football and swimming.
