Dr. Y. A. Nazer

Dr. Y.A. Nazer is a distinguished Cardiac Surgeon not only in India, but also in UAE. He completed his medical degree at Trivandrum Medical College, Kerala. In his passion to learn more about the field, he pursued further studies at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, where he qualified for MS and MCh.

Subsequently, he obtained a special training in Cardio-thoracic Surgery for 4 years at the prestigious Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney, Australia. Due to his vast experience in Cardiac Surgery, Dr. Nazer played a significant role in establishing the Cardiac Surgical Unit of a government hospital in Abu Dhabi in 1994. Currently, the said unit remarkably performs more than 350 cardiac surgeries annually.
