Dr. Yaser Elhenawi

Dr. Yaser Elhenawi, MD, is an Associate Staff Physician in the Heart and Vascular Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Elhenawi was a Consultant Cardiologist at Gulf Diagnostic and Medical Park Centers, Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Elhenawi received his medical degree from Alexandria University, Egypt. He completed his residency at Alexandria University and then received his memebership of the Royal College of Physician in the United Kingdom. He later joined the Cardiology Department in Sheikh Khalifa Medical Hospital, Abu Dhabi.

His interests include cardiac imaging, acute cardiac care and dyslipidemia management. He is certified by the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging in Transthoracic and Transesophageal Echocardiography, as well as a member of many national and international societies.
