Dr. Yasmin Adel Abdelghany Dawood

Dr. Yasmin Adel completed her MBBS from University of Alexandria, Alexandria, Egypt in 2003. She later completed her post-graduate Master’s Degree in paediatrics and Neonatology from the same university in 2010.

Dr. Yasmin’s work experience spans for more than 12 years managing health conditions of neonates, children and adolescents in several outpatient clinics and hospitals mainly in Egypt. She covered hospital duties and admitted patients to the paediatric department, neonatal intensive care unit and worked as the Emergency Department paediatrician in Egypt.

Her interest and areas of expertise are

• Growth and development monitoring of babies and children
• Vaccinations for babies, children and adolescents
• Childhood infections
• Asthma and other allergic diseases
• Hematological and gastrointestinal disorders

Dr. Yasmin has attended Neonatal resuscitation training workshop in November 2006. 5th paediatric mechanical ventilation workshop in May 2008.
