Dr. Yogesh Harish Bhandari

Dr. Yogesh Bhandari is an experienced Urologist with over 17 years of practice in the field of Urology and Andrology. Prior to joining us, Dr. Yogesh was Specialist Urologist at LLH Hospital, Abu Dhabi. He has also worked at Medeor Hospital, Abu Dhabi as Specialist Urologist and R G Stone Urology and Laparoscopy Hospital, Mumbai as HOD and Consultant - Urology.

Dr. Yogesh has completed MBBS from B J Medical College, University of Pune in 1998 and MS from Parvara Institute of Medical Sciences in 2004. He has done his Urology residency and training from P D Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai which is the premier tertiary care center and obtained DNB in Genito - Urinary Surgery in 2008. Dr Yogesh has awarded FRCS (Urology) from Royal College of Surgeons, UK and he is on permanent register of General Medical council, UK. He has received Fellowship in urethral and penile reconstruction from International School of Urethral Surgery (ISUS),UK in  2011. Dr Yogesh has special interest in advanced endourology, urethral and penile reconstruction, peadiatric urology, Uro-oncology and male fertility disorder.

In his fellowship, he has worked in University College London Hospital (UCLH) UK, University Hospital hamburg-eppendorf Germany and Italy in rotation.  He has also taken advance endourology training from European training center in Endourology (ETCE), Milan, Italy. He has written abstracts and publications as first author and invited as a guest speaker in international webinars. His paper on' Percutaneous nephrolithotomy in partial and complete staghorn calculi: Single center UAE experience' fetched the first prize in Emiratus Urology conference in 2017. He has published 4 papers in the indexed journals and several presentations in the seminars, conferences and CMEs.

His experties include

• Endourology: URS, felxible RIRS, PCNL including supine PCNL with SBES, Bipolar TURP, HOLEP.
• Reconstructive Urology: Anastomotic/ augmentation urethroplasty using buccal mucosa or prepuceal skin flaps. Correction of penile curvature and hypospadias. Penile prosthesis and insertion of artifial urinary sphincter.
• Uro- Oncology: Lap/open radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, radical cystectomy and urinary diversion, radical prostatectomy and orchidectomy.
• Peadiatric Urology: Correction of undeceded testis, hypospdias, ureteric reimplantaion, pyloplasty, hydrocele and circumcision
• Male fertility: evaluation and management of male fertility disorder, varicocele and sperm retrieval techniques for IVF/ ICSI.
• Minimal Invasive Urology (MIS).
