Eman Jwarah

With over 17 years of experience, Dr. Jwarah has gained immense experience in both high risk pregnancies and urogynecology. She has undergone specialized training in Obstetrics Emergencies, Maternal Medicine, Urogynecology, Obstetric Ultrasound and Gynecologic Ultrasound, Advanced Hysteroscopic Surgery and Outpatient Hysteroscopy.

Previous to her role at Corniche Hospital, Dr. Jwarah was a Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynecology (O&G) at Milton Keynes Hospital, UK. She has also served as a Consultant in O&G with special interests in Urogynecology and Menorrhagia at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Aylesbury and as Locum Consultant in O&G at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.

Among her many completed Special Skills Modules, is the successful completion of modules in Urodynamic studies. She has been actively involved in risk management and labor ward forums as well as writing and revising clinical guidelines including up-to-date guidelines on the management of diabetes in pregnancy. Dr. Jwarah has served as the lead clinician in the Day Assessment Unit and Early Pregnancy Unit.

In addition to her extensive clinical and surgical experience, Dr. Jwarah has also been closely involved in teaching Oxford University undergraduates, specialty trainees and midwives, and had been conducting weekly skill drills sessions as a MOET instructor.

Dr. Jwarah has been a member of the RCOG since 1999 and has a range of audit projects, lectures and research publications to her credit including "Surgery for Urinary Incontinence" and "The Incidence of reoperation for surgically treated pelvic organ prolapse: an 11 years' experience".
