I have been to many hospitals in my life, but this was my first time at Emirates Hospital. The hospital was quite busy, and I had to wait due to the number of patients. However, during that time, Noura, a patient executive, came to assist me. She quickly registered me for the UCC because my health was in a very bad condition. After completing the registration, she personally took me to the UCC and stayed with me until my treatment was finished. Her kindness and support meant a lot to me during that difficult time. I highly recommend that any patient visiting the hospital take the time to meet Noura. She is incredibly sweet, caring, and very helpful. Thank you so much, Noura.

Being catered to by Dr Dia and selam was something very remarkable, from the follow up throughout pregnancy till delivery to my life baby and myself in a good condition is what I can't forget.
