Dr. Hiam Ahmed Harfoush qualified at Tishreen University, Syria in 1988. She was awarded Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the Ministry of Health, Syria in 1993, and has passed the first part of the Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in 2002. She worked previously at Saqer Hospital in Ras Al Khaima in 1994, at Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Hospital in Ajman in 1997, and in another large hospital in Abu Dhabi in 2009.
